Responsibilities

• Conduct 200+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers to introduce products and services.
• Develop a thorough understanding of product offerings to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Encourage customers to receive competitive quotes from licensed agents.
• Engage in warm calling strategies to build rapport with potential clients.
• Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Positive attitude and resilience in handling objections or rejections during calls.
• Must have high-speed internet and pass a speed test successfully.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM PST. All shifts are 8 hours with a consistent, set schedule assigned after successful training completion, ensuring a great work-life balance.

Additional Details

This position is initially remote with a transition to in-office work in Las Vegas, NV, near the airport, by 2026.
